Delivery
At Spunkies, we maintain a customer-centric returns and exchange policy designed for flexibility. To facilitate returns or exchanges, the following conditions must be met:
- The item should be unused.
- All price tags, brand tags, and original packaging must be intact.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- In the event of product damage, an exchange can be initiated.
We recognize the unique fit requirements for each child. Therefore, if sizing becomes an issue, we offer one free exchange to ensure the purchased product fits perfectly.
Upon receiving the item from the customer, the exchange process will commence from our end.
Discounts/Coupon Code Usage:
Once a Return ID is generated, we will provide an agreed-upon pick-up date for the return order. Additionally, we will communicate an estimated date for coupon code issuance upon Return ID generation. The coupon code amount is expected to reflect in the customer's email the day after parcel receipt.
Coupon Redemption Policy:
Customers have a 30-day window from the date of coupon generation to redeem their coupon.
Shipping of Exchange Product:
Once the original product sent to the customer is received at our warehouse and thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets sellable conditions (undamaged, unwashed, with all tags intact), the exchange product will be shipped out as soon as possible.
