7-Day Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition of Products

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.

• If payment was made by card, the refund will be credited to the same card used.

• No cash refunds are provided.

• For COD payments, please ensure your bank details are updated with Spunkies to facilitate refunds directly to your bank account.

Exchange Policy

• Only 1 exchange per product is allowed.

• Reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays).

• Items may undergo quality inspection during pickup.

• Exchange/return pickup will be done only if the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all original tags.

Delivery & Packaging

• If a package appears tampered, do not accept it.

• For wrong products or missing items, an unboxing video of the package is required as proof.
