Returns and Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy.
Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn, and have the original tags intact.
We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are allowed to ensure that the garment fits your child correctly.
If you're not satisfied with the product and would like to return it, store credits will be issued, which will be valid for 6 months.
In case of receiving a wrong product or a missing item, please provide an unboxing video of the package.
Only one exchange is allowed per product.
If the package appears tampered with, please refuse to accept it.

We deliver across PAN-India.
Products are dispatched from our warehouse within 3-4 days.
If a product delivery takes longer than expected, our customer service team will call or message you to inform you about the delay.
