Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Products

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.
Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.

If payment was made by card, the refund will be credited to the same card used.

No cash refunds are provided.

For COD payments, please ensure your bank details are updated with Spunkies to facilitate refunds directly to your bank account.
Exchange Policy

Only 1 exchange per product is allowed.

Reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays).

Items may undergo quality inspection during pickup.

Exchange/return pickup will be done only if the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all original tags.
Delivery & Packaging

If a package appears tampered, do not accept it.

For wrong products or missing items, an unboxing video of the package is required as proof.
