As per the tracking details the item was picked up yesterday (12th Nov.) and once the product reaches us then we can share the refund coupon code via mail.

Took them 15 days to even ship the order and no response to calls/messages. I had to cancel my order sicne it was 1week after diwali that they dispatched the order.
